Eddie has built a large network of funding sources over the years that include banking institutions, private lending institutions, private equity, private investors, and hard money lenders, creating an echo system for his clientele in effort to serve as a conduit for gaining access to urgently needed capital that otherwise would not have been attained through traditional bank financing means.
