Grace for the Busy Seasons — and Growth in the Process

Nov 04, 2025
Connect

Sometimes Life Moves Fast — and That’s Okay

We meant to send this newsletter out last week, but between family, clients, and new projects, life moved faster than the schedule.

And honestly, that’s part of the journey too.

There are seasons where we move at full speed — where business is growing, opportunities are opening, and our days feel full to the brim. It’s in those moments that I’m reminded to extend grace — not just to others, but to myself.

Because success isn’t about doing everything perfectly; it’s about staying aligned with purpose even when things get busy. It’s about remembering why you started, and trusting that every full day is still part of the bigger picture God is painting.

If you’ve been in a busy season too, take this as your reminder: you’re doing better than you think.

Growth in Every Area

Even in full seasons, I see the fruit of consistency everywhere — in my family, my clients, and my community.

We’re still celebrating our clients who are getting licensed, launching their homes, and filling their beds with purpose. I’m seeing more and more business owners step out in faith, take bold action, and get real results.

It’s proof that when you keep showing up — even on the days that feel like too much — momentum keeps building.

Last Week on the Podcast 🎙️

We had three powerhouse guests join the Florida Assisted Living Consulting Podcast, each bringing wisdom, experience, and heart to their work:

  • Miriam Bahar — Owner of A Moving Experience LLC, helping seniors and their families organize, downsize, and transition into assisted living or age safely at home with peace of mind.
  • Rose Zamor — Dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and founder of Hydrip Health in Plantation, Florida, where she’s redefining wellness and holistic care.
  • Dr. Kathleen Weissberg — Nationally recognized occupational therapist, educator, and thought leader with over 30 years of experience in rehabilitation and long-term care.

Each conversation is filled with practical strategies and powerful insights to help you grow in leadership, purpose, and service.

Be on the lookout for these episodes when they drop on YouTube.

Type “Carline Cadet Francois” on YouTube to catch up on previous episodes — and if you’d like to be a guest, reply to this email with the word PODCAST and include your phone number. My team will reach out to connect.

What’s New and What’s Next

The past few weeks have been all about helping clients get prepared for inspection, reviewing new ALF applications, and continuing to sell tickets for the 2026 ALF Caregivers Conference, happening January 23–24, 2026 at the Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach Hotel.

If you haven’t already secured your seat, now’s the time. This conference is your opportunity to learn directly from experts, connect with the right people, and elevate your impact in the ALF and caregiving industry.

Takeaway for the Week

Give yourself permission to move with grace — not pressure.

It’s okay if progress isn’t perfect. It’s okay if things take longer than planned. What matters most is that you’re still moving forward.

Every seed you plant, every late night, every decision made with faith — it’s growing into something meaningful.

Keep showing up, and trust that even in the busy seasons, God is still working through you and for you.

They’re Watching More Than We Think
The Lesson I Didn’t See Coming There is always a lesson in every season. These past few weeks, I’ve been learning something profound — and it came through my daughter. I noticed something. When I am tired but push through anyway, ignoring what my body is telling me, she does the same. When I say, “I’m fine,” even though I need rest, she mirrors that. But when I pause and say, “I’m tired, I nee...
Learning to Let Go, Growing Forward, and What’s Next
Learning to Let Go — Slowly We’re planning summer. New travels. New experiences. New memories. And I’m adjusting to something I didn’t fully prepare my heart for — my soon-to-be adult son saying he’s not coming. He will officially be an adult before summer, and while part of me wants to say, “You’re coming because you’re my child,” I know he deserves to be treated like the man he is becoming. ...
The Version of You That’s Waiting on the Other Side
To the Version of You That No One Sees Yet Inside our last ALF Thriving Circle Community session, I shared something very personal. There was a time when shifting my mindset felt harder than anything else I had ever done. I was working a demanding full-time job.I was a mom of very small children.Money was tight. The house needed cleaning. The responsibilities were heavy. Some nights I had to cho...
