As we move through the month of March, I’ve been reflecting deeply on something important.
Uncertainty.
Life and business both come with seasons where we cannot control everything that happens around us. As business owners, caregivers, and people who serve others, we often carry responsibility that goes far beyond ourselves.
People are watching us.
Our teams.
Our families.
Our communities.
They watch how we respond when things feel uncertain.
One thing I am learning again and again is this:
We cannot control everything that happens around us.
But we can control our inner world.
And our inner world matters more than we sometimes realize.
The energy we hold, the peace we cultivate, and the faith we stand on will attract the kind of energy we bring into our lives.
Of course, this is easier said than done.
But if we can hold on to the things we can control, and release the things we cannot, we create stability within ourselves.
And when your inner world is stable, everything else begins to align in divine timing.
This month, I began March with a prayer.
Because business is not only about the physical work we do every day. There is also a spiritual side to the journey, the unseen forces that guide our steps and shape the energy we bring into the world.
