As I sit down to write this newsletter, my heart is full.
Today is Father's Day, and before anything else, I want to take a moment to say thank you to all the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, father figures, husbands, brothers, uncles, mentors, and men who show up every day to love, protect, guide, and support the people around them.
Thank you.
Thank you for the sacrifices that often go unseen.
Thank you for the long hours, the difficult decisions, the leadership, the patience, and the love.
As a wife and a mom of three, I am especially grateful for my husband, Tony. Watching him love our children, support our family, and walk alongside me through every season of life is a blessing I never take for granted.
To every father reading this today, Happy Father's Day. We appreciate you more than words can express.
A Personal Update: Menopause Is Real
I also wanted to share something very personal.
Recently, I've been learning that many of the symptoms I've been experiencing may actually be related to menopause.
For a long time, I assumed the fatigue, the changes in my body, the mood shifts, the feeling unusually hot, and some of the other symptoms were simply part of being a busy CEO, a wife, a mom of three, and someone who serves with deep purpose.
But as I've learned more, I've realized there may be more to the story.
I've hired a physician who specializes in helping women through this stage of life. I've completed blood work and testing, and I'm currently waiting for my follow-up appointment where we'll review everything together.
As I learn more, I plan to share my journey openly.
Because one thing I've discovered is that menopause doesn't care how much money is in your bank account, how successful you are, or how much influence you have.
Women everywhere experience it.
And yet, so many suffer in silence.
Honestly, I never imagined I would be having this conversation this early in my life. But here we are.
And if you're experiencing symptoms too, I want you to know you're not alone.
We don't have to walk through this season quietly.

One thing I've learned through life is that healing often begins when we stop pretending everything is fine.
