It’s been an emotional and exciting season in our home. We just finished college applications for my Son, and I can hardly believe how quickly time has passed.
As we were filling out those forms, I couldn’t help but think back to when he was just starting high school… because that was the same year I made one of the hardest and most life-changing decisions of my life — to leave the Broward Sheriff’s Office.
That decision changed everything.
When One Decision Changes Everything
It’s been years of growth — building, learning, failing, and getting back up. It hasn’t been easy, especially in the beginning when I worked long hours for free just to help people’s dreams come true. There were so many moments that didn’t make it to social media — the quiet sacrifices, the late nights, and the unseen work. But I kept going.
Because deep down, I knew the promise God placed on my heart was real.
Today, seeing my clients open their ALFs, admit new residents, and stand tall as confident business owners fills me with so much gratitude. Watching them become educated, empowered, and profitable — while still making a difference — that’s the reward.
Keep Going — Your Momentum Is Building

Replace it with truth: You were created to thrive, to be in good health, even as your soul prospers.
